Background：
At present, the number of sewerage customers in Taiwan has reached 3.3 million, with a penetration rate of 37% and a total of 70 public sewage treatment plants. The newly approved sewerage plan aims to achieve a 46% penetration rate by 115 years, reach 4.07 million households, complete the online monitoring system for sewage treatment plants and connect them to the cloud for management, produce more recycled water for high-tech and industrial use, and solve the water shortage crisis.

Challenge：
According to the specifications of the Engineering Instrumentation and Control System of the Water Reclamation Center of the Ministry of the Interior, the wastewater environmental safety data had to be uploaded to the "Sewer Data Integration Cloud Platform of the Ministry of Construction" via OPC UA and conform to the OPC UA format established by the Ministry of Construction.

JMobile supports the standard OPC UA Client protocol, which can extract the point values of PLC, HMI, and monitor data (such as the operation of major equipment, power information, water quality monitoring and measurement data, and other related sensing data) through Modbus.

OPC UA Server - NexUA can be customized to meet the data format, acquisition frequency, file naming and archive location of the Competent Authority, and automatically generate and store the transmission files at regular intervals, and install the automatic transmission program issued by the Competent Authority to send the data to the Competent Authority Sewer Data Integration Cloud Platform for storage.

The central monitoring system workstation NexBox-Q170-2U is equipped with OPC UA Server function, which can customize the data structure (such as operation of major equipment, power information, water quality monitoring and measurement data, and other related sensing data) for internal or external OPC UA Client to connect and retrieve values remotely.
